What you need:

Scraper or a spatula
Clean cloths or paper towels
Water
Detergent
Vinegar
Degreaser or baking powder

Step 1
Disconnect the fryer and allow to cool oil. When the oil cooled 150 degrees F, the oil can drain out of the fryer. Remove the basket and washed separately.

Step 2
Scrape to remove the sides of the fryer too dry or oil. Remove with a paper towel.

Step 3
Fill with water until the oil level and a little dishwashing detergent. Close the fryer and let the soap come to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes to 15 years. Turn off the fryer, you can relax and let the water cool solution.

Step 4
Drain and discard the fryer. Rinse with a solution of 1 part vinegar to 9 parts water. Last rinse with clear water. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Step 5
Clean the outside of the fryer with a degreaser or a paste made from coated baktion of sodium and water. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with a damp cloth or paper towel. Dry thoroughly.

It is almost impossible, perfectly done. If you think the yellow Gunky obtained from waste vegetable oil, then I think that's the only way to soak in hot water and detergent, then (still hot), difficult to scratch with a knife or a paint scraper. Caustic soda is ideal for removing debris, but most fryers are aluminum or stainless steel - the soda is a no-no in both cases. I wish that I am wrong, but I think that Elbow Grease is the only answer to this problem, Lynn

Pure lemon juice. If you do a thorough cleaning with your regular detergent ready to pay only on your cleaning cloth and cleaning thoroughly. But then your detergent is used (mild and diluted) for each of lemon juice persistent, when you are done, remove.
